We prefer to invest in companies that are technology-centric or have meaningful, defensible intellectual property, and we prefer at least one member of the founding team to have a technical background. Our minimum investment size is $50,000; the maximum is $500,000.

Philanthrophy:
For non-profit or social impact ventures that truly inspire and align with the interests of our founders, we offer donations, grants or zero interest loans of up to $250,000.
